Shipping and Installation

All shipping charges for Buyer’s order shall be the responsibility of Buyer. LuxMods will be shipped from the Seller’s facility by method and carrier provided by Southwest Star Inc.. Transfer of title and risk of loss shall pass to Buyer upon delivery of the LuxMod. LuxMod delivers to all 48 contiguous states.

Additional charges may apply depending upon work needed to unload LuxMod at Buyer’s facility including, but not limited to, fence removal, change in delivery location, overtime charges, etc. No extra charge shall be made for packaging and packing required for domestic shipment. Special packaging or special handling expense shall be added to the invoice unless such charges are included in the price quoted.

Additional installation charges may apply due to unusual or extraordinary circumstances. Please contact us with any additional questions.

Please note LuxMod deliveries require heavy machinery for unloading and installation. This machinery and installation is provided at a flat fee of $850. If delivery location has wet or damp land on the day of delivery, rutting will most likely occur. LuxMods is not responsible for any lawn, sprinkler systems, buried tanks/pipe, or landscape feature damage that may be caused by delivery equipment.
