The Model 1 is the smallest and most affordable, luxury, modular, and multi-purpose rooms that LuxMods offers. While it would be considered ‘tiny‘ by some, it offers the same features and amenities as the larger models. The Model 1 comes in at 96 sq ft and can be configured as your next backyard man-cave or she-shed. Not to be confused with a modular or a prefab home, this unit can be delivered on a truck and ready to go with no permits necessary.
Need a backyard office or design space? The Model 1 provides remote power hookups and includes USB ports for all of your technology needs. Want the door and windows on opposite sides? We can easily reverse the layout for your modular room and each unit comes with HVAC and fully insulated. This allows you to enjoy your modular room no matter the time of year or climate. Some customers even use their LuxMod as a sun room and parlor!
