This unit also has the option to add a rooftop deck, essentially doubling your usable square footage and creating a stylish and unique gathering spot. LuxMods even offers heavy duty caster wheel setups that allow you to make your LuxMod mobile! This addon gives the unit the ability to move around from place to place. Use it for the next family reunion or graduation party or even as an extra garage.
Each LuxMod comes with a 50 amp exterior breaker box allowing you to hardwire your unit with power and we also have designed it so you can power the unit on-demand via extension cords. Create a unique, multi-purpose room without the extra hassle of home additions and renovations.
