The floorplan features a 10′ x 12′ footprint to work with and we offer the ability to add additional amenities like cabinetry and granite countertops. It offers enough space for a large home office and can be delivered directly into your backyard. With remote work and the work-from-home (WFH) model becoming a mainstay, luxury modular rooms offer unique ways to separate yourself from your normal everyday life.
The Model 2’s main feature is it’s modern French style doors which allow you to fully experience the climate outside when the weather is right. Options include glass doors which offer views of the outside world and the unit also includes beautiful, large windows which allow plenty of daylight into your space. Manufactured and built in our factories, this unit comes fully assembled and ready to use.
Like every unit we offer, it comes standard with HVAC by LG which allows you to enjoy your space in any climate. Modern materials and unique designs gives the impression of a getaway destination, right in your backyard! Addons include water generators and premium heated flooring.
