Our third unit, the Model 3, is the next in line when it comes to the size of our modular rooms. It offers enough space for most activities and includes tall, arched ceilings. She-sheds for her projects or a man-cave for him, the Model 3 provides everything needed to get your next project done in peace. Our modular rooms are manufactured and built in our own, in-house factories and made upon order to your specifications.
Make your LuxMod ready for those cold days with premium heated PV Graphene floors and the delicate warmth can help the gardener start their seeds early in the spring. In the summer it can act as a pool house or outdoor changing room, allowing you to keep your main living space dry. The Model 3 also has the ability to have an additional door and window installed for extra access, making your LuxMod the central hub of your new outdoor environment.
While not unique to the Model 3, each of our units has the ability to addon premium features like a 2000 watt solar array and battery system which can allow your LuxMod modular room to be a self-sustaining unit. We also have other options like a free standing water generator that will give you the ability to keep your LuxMod off-grid!
